Are you a comedy creative thinking about applying for funding? Join this free, 90-minute online advice session led by Arts Council England.

This workshop is designed specifically for those working in comedy who want to develop strong applications for:

National Lottery Project Grants (NLPG)

Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP)

You’ll learn how the programmes work, what assessors are looking for, and how to turn your ideas into a compelling application. There will also be time to ask questions directly to ACE staff.

The Live Comedy Association is working with National Counter Terrorism Policing to invite LCA members to a workshop update on Counter Terrorism.  The workshop will be led by National Business Engagement Unit staff and will include details about:

·       UK terror threat overview

·       How policing and UK Government have responded

·       Your role and responsibilities as a promoter of live comedy

·       How you can incorporate CT preparedness into your business/events

·       Guidance and resources

The workshop is FREE to attend and will be relevant to anyone promoting grassroots live comedy across the UK.
